Food hygiene
 
Above all we put this aspect first to ensure that everything reaches you in
perfect condition. To demonstrate this we ensure:

1. All kitchen staff have received training on food hygiene to NVQ level 2.
   
2. Legislation requirements for health and safety and fire risk are agreed and
circulated to all staff.
   
3. Our premises are approved by the local environment office. We strive to
ensure the best food safety and hygiene standards are met with reference
to the local authority.
   
4. Our fleet of delivery vehicles are new, well maintained and
comprehensively insured.
   
5. We use refrigerated food delivery vehicles.
   
6. We source the best produce from the best producers in our local area
wherever possible.
   
7. As members of the Federation of Small Businesses, we are able to
continually update on new law and legislation in the food industry.
