The Tuning Fork Restaurant
The Tuning Fork Restaurant is set in the newly created Dollman Farm courtyard at Houlton, a new community project on the outskirts of Rugby, just off the A5 and will be opening in March 2017.
The old farmhouse has been totally refurbished & extended to house the new Visitors Center, along with the old barn to offer community and events space and the courtyard is completed by The Tuning Fork, a fully licenced cafe/restaurant in beautiful landscaped mature open areas.
With locally sourced, great quality seasonal produce on the menu. ,how about starting your day with the delightfully quirky Eggs Hemingway – poached free range eggs, toasted English muffins with smoked salmon, drizzled in fresh Hollandaise sauce?
Or perhaps pop in for a leisurely lunch of Indonesian-style chicken satay with mixed rice and a crunchy, spicy carrot and peanut salad, with a cold, crisp glass of white wine.If you’re pressed for time, take a quick break with a Barista coffee and freshly made cake!
